The Hyundai Accent, also known as the Hyundai Verna, is a compact car manufactured by Hyundai Motor Company, based in South Korea. In Australia, it was initially marketed as the Hyundai Excel. Since 2000, the car has been called Verna in South Korea, but in most global markets, it is known as the Accent.

Originally produced with smaller dimensions than the current generation, the Accent gradually transitioned from a subcompact car to a small urban vehicle, starting from the third and fourth generations. The different generations of the Hyundai Accent are as follows:
