Sultan Haitham City, the first smart city in Oman, is part of the “Oman Vision 2040” development plan. Utilizing green technologies and innovative solutions, it aims to enhance the quality of life for its residents.

Designed by SOM as an advanced eco-friendly city with low-energy construction technologies, Sultan Haitham City is a project supervised by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning (MoHUP) of Oman. The project offers over 20,000 residential units for property ownership, currently providing urban homes across three levels.
